Beck to Fans: Design My Cover Art!

Beck opted to not design the cover art for his upcoming album, The Information, instead asking fans to make their own. The album, which hits shelves Oct. 3, won't have any cover art. Instead, it will come in a blank package with one of four sets of sticker sheets designed by artists from the U.S. and Europe, hand-picked by Beck, allowing fans to personalize their copy. "The artwork for The Information is either non-existent or infinite, depending on one's point of view, a spokesperson for Beck told SPIN.com. " The Information will up the art-y ante by featuring a video for each track, including a clip for "Cell Phone's Dead," directed by Michel Gondry.
