The new, slimmed-down-by-half iteration of Panic! at the Disco make their video debut with "New Perspective" from the Jennifer's Body soundtrack and thus answer rockdom's most burning question: What ever will they wear?

Last night, at an impromptu gig at a New York City bar, Panic! at the Disco frontman Brendon Urie had a simple message for fans worried about the band's recent personnel shifts: "Don't Stop Believin'!"

Not since the Soviet Union, or maybe the Gosselins, has the splintering of a once-mighty cultural behemoth left the general populace so confused. But hot on the platform heels of last month's announced split of Panic! at the Disco, the simultaneous release of tracks from remaining Panickers!

Just days after releasing their first song since Ryan Ross and Jon Walker left the band, Panic! at the Disco's Spencer Smith and Brendon Urie have announced who will fill Ross and Walker's shoes on their upcoming tour with Blink-182.
